Before the gates came down and the field was shared, something sacred happened: the first meeting.

This video captures the moment Biscuit and Rowdy—two newly donated horses—arrive at Barnabas Stables. As they step off the trailer and into their temporary enclosure, the existing horses approach the gate to say hello. There are some audible “words” exchanged (as horses do), but also a sense of anticipation.

It’s a subtle but powerful scene—one that reminds us that even among animals, community takes time, trust, and patience.
